What Cardio w/knee injury/pain?
What cardio can I do at the gym with a recovering knee injury that is still painful? Doc says Patellofemoral pain syndrome. All my muscles are so tight and I jumped back into the gym and now I'm bummed. What can I do for cardio at the gym while I recover with stretches etc.

The scale has moved up again. Today is the heaviest I will ever be. I am done feeling tired I am done feeling sick I am done feeling physically pain. I am back to My Fitness Pal and need some motivating positive friends!!
