Wondering what I should log it as aerobics high impact or kickboxing including turbo jam?
Just curious to how many people workout to Anita or Natalie or combination of both. Personally I usually follow Anita I think if I tried following Natalie I would not make it through the whole workout.
Hi, I am 21, 5'3 and 183 lbs so far I have only lost 10 lbs, and my daily calorie goal is 1200 first of all is that enough calories? and after you exercise your goal increases should I eat to that goal or stick with my 1200 like I have been doing?
