Anyone want to be myFitnessPal friends and hold each other accountable? Most of my friends are not food conscious. I'm currently on a mostly paleo diet. I'll be eating a strict paleo diet once I eat through a bit of the dairy still in my fridge.
I keep reading people on here suggesting that increasing Calories will end a plateau. Usually they say that they increase Calories and don't eat back exercise Calories. My wisdom teeth are coming in, and it has become very painful to chew. I need advice on which soft foods (smoothies, soups, mashed veggies, etc) are good and recipe ideas. If I just make smoothies and soup, I'm afraid my sugar/sodium will go through the roof. Any good, healthy alternatives? Help!
