Soft foods, help please!

My wisdom teeth are coming in, and it has become very painful to chew. I need advice on which soft foods (smoothies, soups, mashed veggies, etc) are good and recipe ideas. If I just make smoothies and soup, I'm afraid my sugar/sodium will go through the roof. Any good, healthy alternatives?

Help!

Beans and mashed tofu are soft. Try using tofu as "meat" for tacos and having soft taco shells.

light and fit yogurt. They have over 20 flavors, so you are sure to find some you like.
  • Go for fresh fruit juices, mashed-cooked-veggies soup, and well cooked rice.

    Avocados! Yum!
  • Apple Sauce, Yogurt, Sheppard's Pie, Baked Beans, Rice & Pasta are higher in calories, but fairly soft...

GOOD LUCK, and hope you are feeling better soon! ;)

When I had my wisdom teeth out, I loved to heat a sweet potato in the microwave and eat it like a baked potato with just spray butter on it. SO good and not too high calorie-wise!
