Ok, following advice from MFP peeps, i have upped my calorie intake to 1400 (net) inclusive of exercise in the attempt to repair and increase metabolism etc, with the goal in mind to finally reach my goal (approx 14lb loss). I understand how the net calories are calculated. Im just confused about what it should be, in order to reach my goals.
