barre?
Is anyone else doing some sort of barre workout? I'm doing Pure Barre, which is an amazing workout, but I'm not sure how to add it as an exercise (as pilates? Yoga?). Any one else having this issue?

Strength training and weight loss?
Does anyone else out there not loose unless they are doing strength training of some sort? I have noticed the past couple of times I've been really successful in loosing I have been consistently adding some sort of strength training to my workout routine, usually Pure Barre, Pilates or Body Pump. Do you eat the calories you burn from exercise?
I'm not sure what is best...MFP set my daily calories to 1200, and I usually burn between 300-600 with exercise. What does everyone else do?
