The Start of a New Me!
I am new to this website and I have heard from friends that its very helpful. I had lost a total of 30 lbs. last year in just eating healthy and exercising, but little by little I gained 15 lbs. back. I hope this website helps me keep on track in mainting to eat healthy and exercise daily :smile: WE CAN DO THIS!!! :happy:
