What food is your weakness?

So last night my niece & daughter decided they wanted pizza for dinner and pizza being my weakness I couldnt say no. After two pizza slices & two crazy breads, I felt so horrible and dissapointed in myself. I know I am just starting and cant change my eating habits from morning to night, but I really need to keep my will power guard up at all times. UGH I hate you pizza...you surely are my weak spot! What food is your weakness?

It's wine. I enjoy a glass or two with dinner, but lose weight so much faster if I elieminate it completely.0

ICE CREAM!!! and what makes it even worse I have to pass an ice cream shop on my way to work and coming home every day. But proud to say that I havent given into the temptation yet since starting MFP!0

Ice Cream (any kind) is my weakness and last night I cheated with a bowl but my husband couldnt finish his normally I wouldve ate his bowl but since I actually satisfied myself with mine I rinsed his down the sink without a second thought so Im getting better with the temptation0

ice cream! brownies! cake! basically anything sweet. and bread, i love bread!
for your pizza cravings, trying making a homemade pizza on pita bread with less sauce & cheese and add some veggies you like! and baked/grilled chicken if need/want meat on the top!0 -
Red Velvet cake and Ice cream and I have almost overcome my oreo addiction... Haven't had one in months.0
