i need to get some cardio in weekly but i cannot bring myself to go running or hit the gym! :/ i was thinking of trying zumba, or hip hop abs or something like that. so then maybe it can seem like i'm not working out even though i'll be burning cals! lol :) any suggestions on good videos or classes i should take?
