Can anyone tell me how I can adjust the strength training exercises to match my programs? It seems very general ..for example I enter leg press and then I am asked sets, reps, and weight..I am only able to enter one specific number for each. Hey everyone, Is anyone one taking an supplements to help reach there training goals? If so what are you taking and how do you like it? I currently take a pre and post workout drink followed by a high protein shake an hr after. A multi vit. fish oil and 15 mg of creatine..Any thoughts? ~joey

Adding muscle
Hello Everyone, I am new on this site and it seems it is geared more towards weight loss. I am actuall using this site to hopefully help me fine tune my diet to gain 15lbs of lean muscle.
