Logging weight workouts
Hi there! I'm sure this has been asked a trillion times, but how does everyone log their weight training workouts? I'm a pro at logging cardio but now that I'm trying to get serious about actually doing some weight training, I wanted to know how everyone else did it. Any input you have is much appreciated!

Logging black coffee?
I don't typically log the black coffee I drink. I was curious if anyone else does? I have between 2 and 5 cups a day (I love the stuff) but always black without cream or sugar. I'm sure this is asked all the time, but how do I log weight training? Obviously I can log it under the strength, but I'm curious about how many calories I "earn back" based upon my weight workout.

Weirdest thing about your "new" body
The weirdest thing I have discovered with losing weight is that my glasses don't fit like they used too! They constantly slide down my nose because they don't have the same amount of support near my head. Who knew you lose weight in your head?! (I actually did, but it's still odd to me)
