Want to walk with my dog, but I'm scared.
I live in a neighborhood that has quite a few "sketchy" dogs. I used to walk my black lab every day close to our house, but she has been attacked twice (once by a pit and once by a mastiff) ... thankfully, neither time was too damaging. I am absolutely terrified of walking her now. Any ideas?

Help! I want to climb mountains!
My husband and I are going to be traveling to Arizona this August, and I really want to be able to do a mountain climbing adventure together. The problem is ... I have no idea where to start. What types of exercises should I be doing over the next 4 months to get myself ready?

Can any of you recommend vitamins that will help me lose weight / raise my metabolism? I already take a multi-vitamin, fish oil, and vitamin D. Thanks!

Loving myself again!
When I was in high school, I weighed about 135 pounds ... after college, I went up to about 265 and completely lost sight of who I was. I am happy to say that I am down to 185 and still going. My ultimate goal is to be able to wear a 2-piece next summer for my 5-year anniversary trip.
