  • I have lost 80 pounds in a year and the only "veggies" I will touch are corn and potatoes (and the occasional green bean). I do not like the taste or texture of any, and I have tried most. I have even tried "putting them in things" and still don't like them. All of my numbers are good ... so I'm not worried about it.
  • The night before, I put in everything that I plan to eat the following day to see how it adds up. If I'm eating a low-calorie dinner, I add more to my lunch. It's like a puzzle that I try to figure out on a daily basis.

  • When I first started, I felt the same way. I started exercising more this week (elliptical), so that I have around a 100-calorie deficit at the end of the day, and my weight has been melting off. I've lost a little over 3 pounds this week by doing that. Hope that helps :)

  • I have never been a big follower of "health" stuff like this ... but I absolutely love this site. It is so encouraging and easy to use. As long as you stick with the program, you will definitely see results. Keep up the great work ... you've already taken the hardest step!
