Hi everyone; I am vegetarian and everyday my carbohydrate consumption exceeds the recommended goal. I was wondering if it is normal for a vegetarian diet or not. Any ideas?
I was doing perfect...I had a daily workout and counting the calories every day. Last Thursday, my knee was injured while skiing. Now I can not even walk easily and have to rest.
