I've just done this, this morning and don't know how many calories to put down for it. Have any of you done it? How many calories did you burn? I put shredding down as circuit training general, would you put it down as that? Thanks x
I have only just started on MFP and am a bit confused about exercise calories. For example today I have burned 1400 calories doing cardio at the gym and level one of JM 30 day shred.
