Found a great heart rate monitor at costco!!!
So I've been training with a personal trainer and she suggested I get a heart rate monitor. I heard that costco had them. I've heard you burn like 500 calories but I do not exclusively breastfeed...I do both formula and breastfeed...so do I cut it down to 250??? I want to add this extra cardio to my workout area…
