Avacados - high carbs?
Hello All I'm a little confused about avacados and their carb count. When looking at the database for carbs on MFP, there are lots of different counts. I'm bummed that they are so high since I count total carbs and not net carbs. Suggestions and help? I'd like to continue to eat these since they are so good for us.
