What are your cheat foods??
What do you eat on your cheat days? Or to fill a craving? I have to admit, I am a CHOCO-HOLIC. I also love to indulge in the occasionally fast food, when I'm being really bold, and a non-Fat, no whipped white chocolate mocha (which, unbelievably, still have over 200 calories.) What about you guys?

Plateau
What does everyone do to get past their plateau? I seem to have hit one. I've been trying to work out more (I hate cardio so much!). It's just frustrating staying within the same 2-3 pound range and fluctuating up and down even though I feel am I eating healthy and being active!
