My First Week!
This is really working for me! I did my first weigh in this morning and lost 2.5 pounds this week. I actually busted thru this plateau I've always gotten stuck at. Thanks for everyone's support my first week in!
Day 1
Hello everybody, Day one for me. I live a mostly active and healthy lifestyle, but I thought some tweaking would be good for me. Losing 10 pounds is my goal. I like the structure of a food journal and feel that it really keeps me in line. And reading all your postings has really motivated me. Wish me luck!!!!
