After all we learn here about how important it is to reach your calorie goal everyday why do I still see so many people encouraging and congratulating their MFP friends for undercutting their goals? What kind of support is that?! :huh:
Is it just me or are all of the microwave popcorn companies very misleading about the amount of calories in a bag of popcorn??
