Kinda of a Newbie here with a question
I started the NROL4W two years ago, got up to Stage 2 and then stopped. I've restarted the program and I'm looking for advice on how you would go about this. I plan on doing the NR workout twice a week because I have a TRX session once a week with a trainer. I'm also a runner and am training for a PB in the 5KM distance…
