I have done this before, not very fun, but does anyone have any idea if this is a good idea or how often it should be done?
Hey...I am just starting up again. Iost about 40 pounds a couple of years ago, and have gained it back over the course of the last year. It was a stressful year, my husband and I both lost our jobs, we moved, and my oldest son graduated from High School. I feel terrible and hate even leaving the house to spend time with…
