Insanity...sick?
I did insanity for 11 days and noticed my body was starting to feel worn down. On tue i did day 12 and i got REALLY sick... light headed, dizzy, and very very nauseous. I took yesterday off and i was still was getting sick when i ate...but i think today i am feeling better. I know that i have not been getting enough…
