Trying to get into competitive squash shape
I just joined mFP and love the fact that its so easy to keep track of what I need to do to get to my goals. My main goal is to be in "competitive squash playing shape" like I used to be in college: 145 - 150 lbs, strong, fast, and high energy over a long 45 min - hour match.
