Trying to get into competitive squash shape

I just joined mFP and love the fact that its so easy to keep track of what I need to do to get to my goals.

My main goal is to be in "competitive squash playing shape" like I used to be in college: 145 - 150 lbs, strong, fast, and high energy over a long 45 min - hour match.

Since college life's for one reason or another its gotten progressively harder to stay squash fit. I am now at 167 lbs, in decent shape but far from where I would love to be! :) A lot of this is of course just purely personal but some of it is also to demonstrate to my kids that it's possible to stay in physically top notch shape all your life and have a career and family.

I know it will take me 3 - 4 months of disciplined effort to get where I want to and eould love to chat with folks who can help me / who I can help stay motivated, focused and healthy.
