Liars!
I pulled 2 slices of bread from the bag to male a sandwich (turkey on rye with Kraft free mayo, beaver sweet hot mustard, and a pile of lettuce). The turkey was 80 calories for 2 oz. I zeroed the plate so I could weigh the mayo, mustard, and turkey. When I put the bread on to zero again for the other stuff, it was 63g. It…

Body vs. Mind
This week brought bad news on many fronts. Worst of all was the passing of a good man. A friend and father of a friend. After 60+ days of being around 1900 calories I went over by about 700. I toasted a good man, several times, and I don't regret it at all. RIP Gordy. Tomorrow brings a new day, and I'll be back on track. JJ

1st ever internet post
I have never done this before. MFP is the best, hands down, weight loss program(?) I have ever used. At the risk of restating the obvious things everyone else has. This is so simple to do. Eat, record, eat, record, eat, record, lose, alot! If I want carbs, I eat carbs. Burger? Yes! Ice cream? You bet. Smoothie? Better than…
