cooking with butter
I am wondering how I would rate how much butter I am actually eating when I am making bbq'd potatoes/carrots/onions...I usually use about 2 tbsp and a little bit of oil...any suggestions of what I should do?

Tip for after a workout
At Curves I have learned that eating a small portion of protein (yogurt, cheese, tofu, fish, meat) within a half hour after you work out can double your chance of weight loss Just thought I would share this if anyone wants to try it out :happy:
