I've been working out religiously and tracking food every day. I got on the scale this morning and gained weight. It is a bit disheartening to see the numbers go up. I decreased my caloric intake by 200 calories (from 1500 to 1300). Is this normal when you first decrease your intake?
What is your best exercise routine? I'm looking to get new ideas on different exercise routines instead of my usual ab-then-cardio routine.
