New and lost already!
Hi guys! A friend told me to hop on this site so I have and it seems like a great tool BUT I'm a little confused. I want to lose 1kg a week. I'm 20 and 158cm and 64kg. My goal weight is 58. I have an HRM and burn approx. 2000-2500 calories a day. IF say I eat 1200 calories and then burn the amount I do, thus burning it all…
