I really think there needs to be a "like" button on here. I would definitely use it.
I made it to my goal last year and then let it all go :sad: I put all the weight back on plus some. I finally picked myself back up to start over. I'm having a really hard time getting back to the gym though. Does anyone have tips for that ?
