I have recently turned 50 and have been VERY consistent with watchinbg what I eat and excercising. I race walk and do a boot camp class a number of times per week. I try to watch alcohol consumption and keep carbs at bay. I have been under 140 lbs for a couple of years and now I am 145 lbs and can't budge the scale. Help!
Anyone know of any good high protein snacks? My biggest body concern is my belly like jelly and I have been told I need to cut down on carbs. I always stay within my calorie limits, and I am trying to lose a lot of weight. I just want to get rid of this muffin top!! Any suggestions?
My weight refuses to budge. I am 48 and in decent shape, but I just want to lose that tummy fat. With three teenagers, a job and parents I care for I just can't seem to lose that last 5 lbs. Please motivate me!!
I lost 20lbs with weight watchers a year ago. For the last couple of months some of the weight has been creeping back up and now I can't seem to lose anything! I have upped my excercise and watch what I eat very carefully. Could I have reached my maxiumum weigh loss potential?
