I'm trying to add more protein to my diet.... I already eat lean chicken, fish, shrimp, egg whites... Any other suggestions for either meals or snacks? Thank you!
Hi Everyone... I'm new here and just wanted to say "hi". I have been reading some of the posts and think I am really going to enjoy using this website. :) I used to workout 5 to 6 days a week, but haven't been able to do so in 8 months and now it's time to get back into shape...
