Fitbit zip and mfp sync...
Still not working for me after abt a week and a half...i see posts from Jan, but nothing more recent as yet....anyone else having issues and/or advice? I have diconnected and reconnected the apps as someone suggested;to no avail.

When to cut?
Looking at starting another strength training/lean body mass building phase to push past my plateau that I've been at for about a year now...how long would you suggest heavy lifting to bulk before cutting for fat loss? Or is this type of training program garbage?

goal weight?
Not new to myfitnesspal but newly energized and tracking my progress accurately this summer---so i have a question: Anyone have any idea what ideal weight is for a woman who is 6' ? struggling with what goal to set for myself/what is realistic right now....and i cant seem to find any info online (and prob havent looked…
