I should clarify a bit more--I do strength training year round (along with minimal 30 min or so cardio sessions) 5-6 times a week with a pattern of lower weight/more reps for a few weeks, and then the lifting-to-fatigue pyramid increasing weight as I go for about a week, then back to my lower weight/more…

  • Hi and great job so far! isnt it amazing what you learn after tracking your intake and output??? when i started this site i was astonished at the actual calories i had been consuming--and really it was no wonder i was slowly getting bigger and bigger!!
  • I really like syntrax "nectar" protein powder for shakes---with almond milk or reg milk most of the flavors taste like a milkshake! favorites are the choco and caribbean cooler flavors...and i find them cheaper online... :)
