Hi, I am new to My Fitness Pal and REALLY hoping that it works for me. I have had a lot going on for the past 2 years and I have gained 68 pounds as I am an emotional eater. I turn to food for everything..happiness, sadness, boredness... But I need to turn away from food and back to a healthy weight and lifestyle. Please fell free to add me as I need all the HELP I can get!! :smile:

  • Welcome! The logging of food can help with the mindless emotional eating if you're really diligent about it, because you have to log it, so you have to fess up to yourself about eating it! Good luck on your journey!
