Spin Bike
Hey everyone I am trying to work out how many calories I am burning on a Spin bike as all of the numbers I am looking at seem to vary greatly. I have a 14kg (30lbs) flywheel and tend to do around 20-25 minutes averaging around 43kmh (26mph) varying the intensity to the limit I can handle :) ) Any ideas. I may have to get…
