Cutting calories - not seeing results!
In order to maintain my weight I would have to consume 14,481 calories each week. I'm currently cutting down to 9,100 calories weekly. Add in about 750 calories in exercise and I have a deficient of 6,131 each week. If a pound equals 3,500 calories then I should be losing 1.75 lbs each week. And I'm stuck at the SAME…
