Calf sleeves in the heat
This morning I was running in 77-degree heat, with 90% humidity. I generally wear calf sleeves for tough workouts -- and this was definitely a tough workout -- but I couldn't help but wondering if the sleeves were doing more harm than good. If you wear calf sleeves, do you still wear them when it's hot?

Weight lifters: What to do about sore biceps?
I'm a runner who is new to weight training and am looking to build upper body strength, but I have a persistent sore right bicep which affects me when I do rows or curls. Is it best to just avoid those exercises until it gets better, or to reduce the weight and keep working? Any other advice?
