Hey MFP, I was wondering if anyone here has gone through an athroscopic meniscus repair? Moreover how did you maintain your weight during your down/recovery time? Irma

How do stay within your calorie goal?
I started my day off great, but once I got home it was all over. I had 2 drum sticks and a whole bag of salad. How do you "train" yourself not to go over your calories? It's really important I stay within my goal to shed some weight due to my knee injury. Any suggestions would be appreciated?

Hey MFP family, im feeling discouraged and unmotivated. I thought I would be able to focus my three week winter break on my new lifestyle and workout routine, but its not at all of what I expected. I got the stomach flu and then a real bad cold. I have not been able to workout the way I need to.... and im frustrated,…

meal planning to reach macro goals
Although I'm losing weight, I'm having trouble reaching my macro goals..... I tend to go over. I'm using a scale...what should I do? Should I divide my protein and carb goals by 5 ( 3 meals and 2 snacks). Would I get better results if I stayed in my macro goals? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you MFP family

I'm confused
My total daily calorie is 1200, but do I also eat my net calories? Has anyone ever not eaten them and seen faster results? Or should I use them up so that I wont get sick? Any help would be greatly appreciated. ;)

calories expended
How accurate do you think the cardio machines are at the gym when it comes to reporting calories expended? What are your thoughts?

knock, knock, who's there?
It's me Irma a new mfp member. I know it's lame, but I couldn't think of anything clever to say. This isn't my time using mfp. This is the first time I've posted anything before. I think my experience will be a lot different this time, and I'm looking forward to sharing tips and supporting mfp.
