Awesome job staceyperkin... I started Keto at the beginning of December. Are you hitting your macros? I'm finding it hard to stay at 20g of carbs and to eat all the protein and fat. How are you being successful?

Hi everyone! I'm new to Keto as well. I'm 5'7" 193 lbs. I'm finding it difficult to determine my macro needs. Is everyone here doing the standard ratios 70% fats, 5% carbs, and 25% protein, or are you following macros for your specific needs? If so, how do get that information?

I'm curious to know how you all divide your calories for the day? Do you stay within a 50-100 calories for snacks? My snacks are killing my calorie intake...any suggestions? Thanks -Irma

Thank you for your replies. I did pre-plan my breakfast, snacks, and lunch. When I ran out of food I grabbed the red vines at work. So, by the time I came home I was just thinking about food, food, food. I wasn't as prepared as I thought. I should have packed more veggies in my lunch. Tomorrow will be better!

I'm 5ft an 7 inches, I weigh 181lbs, I'm 40 years young, and my workout routine consists of cardio 5 days week for 60 minutes. Btw what is TDEE?

Thank you for responding to my post. After yesterday's workout I was exhausted. I felt better after eating lunch and drinking plenty of warer. As long as I see results I will continue eating my exercise calories, but once I hit a plateau I think I'll eat half of them. What do you guys think? THANKS!
