:smile: When I started my weight loss journey a little over a year ago I never thought I would be able to stick with it long enough to lose 68 lbs. I'm so happy I did!! I'm off my blood pressure meds, not prediabetes anymore and feeling better than I ever have. I couldn't have done it without all my wonder ful MFP friends!!

HRM VS CARDIO EQUIPMENT??
I rec'd a Polar FT7 Heart Rate Monitor for Christmas. I set it up with my stats and have been using it for a couple of weeks now. When comparing the number of cals I burned from the HRM says to what the ellptical or treadmill says, the cals burned have been always lower on the HRM and higher on the ellptical or treadmill.…
