Ok ladies....how are you feeling? The hardest week is almost over. I always find the first week to be the toughest becuase you're changing up your normal routine....what do you think???

Day 5 - January 14
How was your weekend? Mine wasn't too good with the calorie but I did move a lot more than I do when I'm at school. I don't count this extra moving as exercise, because it wasn't purposeful for me...but I did spring up out of bed this morning at 4:30 to get my workout in!! Woo-hoo...what a way to start off a great week!

Day 2 - changes?
We made it through the first day, woo-hoo! What did you find was the hardest/easiest thing to manage? If you made a change to the weekly calendar, what is it? The easiest to manage was the calorie intake, and the hardest was eating the 5 servings of fruit/veggies!! I have a better plan for this line item; I'm going to try…
