What made my day today
The jug on the water cooler was empty. I pulled it out, walked over, picked up a new one, and easily placed it on the dispenser. I've done this before, but usually, while not a struggle, it's been cumbersome. Today, it was nothing. I feel strong! And strong is the new sexy! So what did you do today that made your day?

Why hydration is so important!
