just started herbalife today. i have high hopes! don't get me wrong i'm all about the nutrition and counting your calories and exercising but i needed something more to really kick this weight... any input? has anyone tried it and had success or failed? i feel totally energized today!
WHAT THE HECKK!!! so today i had 2 hours of bball practice, pretty vigorous. I logged it under basketball, nongame, general and it said that for 120 min i burned 1300+ cals! wtf? :noway: i mean i get that my weight being higher makes me burn more calories but that many?!?! i weigh 240 lbs. is this correct?? PLEASE HELP!
