Training for a half-marathon
I plan to walk/jog the Rock and Roll half-marathon in Virginia Beach this year. I have never been a strong runner, even as a child. I have started walking three miles per day, while intermittently jogging for short distances. My goal is to jog half the distance and walk the other half. Does anyone have any training tips?…

Why am I limited on protein intake?
I've had a pretty easy time staying within my calorie limits, but I keep going over in protein. Why is it even limited in the first place? I remember learning in health class (12 years ago) that excess protein is simply removed through waste, so why is it a problem?
