I've been dieting and exercising faithfully now for almost two weeks and have lost five pounds. Five pounds didn't really seem like much to me, but yesterday I was cleaning out my pantry and found several bags of dried beans. Each bag weighs one pound. I've looked and looked, but can't find anywhere online to calculate the nutritional info on a taco salad made the way I order it. Anyone know of a place to figure that out? I've looked on here, but I guess noone here gets it the same way I do either. Lol. Thanks a bunch!
