213lbs -> 185lbs (Cross Trainer Exercising)
Hi guys, Here's my motivational thread. I'm aiming to go from 213lbs (15st 3 / 96.6kg) to 185lbs. I'm going to the gym every day and aim to work out for at least 40 minutes at a hard pace on the cross trainer. I would go jogging but a) my knees are weak and b) I find it intensely boring.
