Had a bit of a wake-up call this week. About to turn 40. I’m 5’10” so I ‘carry’ it well, and despite jogging every week, the nutrition isn’t in check- but it’s time. Curently 50 lbs over what I always was - so here goes! Please friend me and give me encouragement. Nor-Cal.
