Don't understand the "net calories"
Is my goal to have 3500 left for the week or just to make it 0?

How can I........
choose the start date of my program? I started Saturday, but would like for my week to run from Thursday through Wednesday. I have always WI on Thursday mornings. I would love for my diary to show that week with my totals.

Water?
Not a big plain water fan and am wondering if I can count 0 calorie flavored water? Have always been a Diet Dew addict, and trying to cut that out.
