Hi all! I'm a 4th year doctoral student, trying to trim down after years of studying hard! Is anyone else in the same boat? It's really hard to stay on track when I have so many other things (and people!) to account for! Maybe we could start some sort of support group?! ~Niki

Good exercises for hips...maybe using an exercise ball?
Anyone have any good exercises for hips and obliques? I have an exercise ball, and do things on that, but it doesn't feel like I get a good burn. Any suggestions?

Smoothies
I love making smoothies for breakfast, but they always are very seedy! I use a lot of strawberries and other berries. Any advice to avoiding the seeds? Thanks!
